Any brave sea dippers are invited to join in the fun at the annual NI Hospice swim “Operation Freeze Knees” on Portstewart Strand on Christmas Day.

Starting at 12 noon, the event is in aid of Coleraine Hospice Group and is sponsored by Autozone.

The money raised will be used to sustain the Hospice home care team who look after children and adults with life threatening illnesses.

Freeze Knees has been running for over 40 years and raised approximately £100,000!
