Community facilities in Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon closed for 4 weeks

Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon Council is closing all its community facilities, effective immediately.

Monday, 11th January 2021, 5:01 pm

The Council has blamed the increase in restrictions due to COVID-19 for the decision as the majority of bookings would not be permitted during the current Lockdown.

In a statement, the Council said: “Due to the impact of Covid-19 restrictions; all Community Facilities will be closed to the public from Monday 11th January for a 4 week period.

“The increase in restrictions has led to the majority of community facilities with no permitted bookings.

“This decision will be kept under review in line with government guidelines.”
