Award double for Campbell’s Pharmacy

The local business scooped the Customer Service Award (1-3 Pharmacies), sponsored by Novartis Consumer Healt,h for the second year in a row at the annual Pharmacy in Focus Awards, held at the Ramada Hotel in Belfast - much to the delight of the whole team.

Vincent Campbell said: “The fact that the award is judged by a mystery shopping panel makes it all the more special because it reflects directly on the standard of the work and service we offer.

“The award is like getting a pat on the back and all of the staff deserves the recognition it brings. They all walk that little bit taller afterwards!

“It is also of importance to our patients as it brings a smile to their faces and confirms that they are coming into a quality establishment. We have been here for 11 years and these awards bring us great feedback. It is nice to know we are getting it right.”
