Portadown Library is holding a free Laughter Yoga and Positive Thinking workshop on Wednesday, February 4 between 11am and 4pm, led by Michelle A. Major, a laughter yoga specialist.
The workshop is an opportunity to find out how laughing together and thinking positively can make you feel happier, healthier and less stressed.
