However, one local woman is encouraging people in the Causeway Coast and Glens area to participate in a community event to ease that nervousness.
Grainne McCloskey, who lives in Glenariff, is Northern Ireland manager for Eden Project Communities and said: “This year, there are so many people feeling vulnerable about getting back out in our communities, we can all do a little bit to help encourage and ease that nervousness.

“From a cupcake with a neighbour to a community litter pick, decorated street or social distanced lunch, everything goes. We can all take part and help build back community where we live. There are now more reasons than ever to make time for each other.

The Big Lunch, an idea from the Eden Project, supported by The National Lottery and Iceland Foods, attracts millions of people across the UK each year.
