A 20-year-old man has been sent for trial to Newry Crown Court for sexually touching a female without her consent.
Craig Rowland, Millington Park, Portadown, appeared at a preliminary enquiry last Thursday at Newry courthouse. The charge against him alleges that on May 19 last year he intentionally touched a female and the touching was sexual and she did not consent.
Rowland was remanded on his own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Newry Crown Court on April 19. Conditions of his bail are that he not contact the alleged injured party and stay out of Solitude Park in Banbridge.
