William Robert Brown, whose address was given as Westacres, Craigavon, had admitted on September 22 last year he dishonestly made a false representation that he was entitled to use a credit card to pay £933.15 to make a gain for himself and a loss to another.

District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said clearly a pre-sentence report would be required given the defendant’s record would put him at some risk.

He adjourned sentencing until September 7 so that a report could be obtained.
