Airsoft business to support heart op infant funding

A Ballyclare-based business is holding a series of fundraising events in aid of a baby from the town who is in need of a heart operation.

Borderline Combat, an Airsoft business on the Green Road will be holding two events next week to collect donations for six-month-old Thea.

The young baby needs to travel to England for the operation.

On Monday, September 26 a NERF event will take place.

This is open to any children aged six and over. It will run between 6pm-8pm.

On Tuesday, September 27 an Airsoft event will be held. This is open to anyone aged 14 and over and will run from 7pm until 10pm.

Anyone wishing to take part is urged to bring their own equipment, however equipment can also be rented from the centre.

A raffle will also be taking place, with all donations greatly received.
