Top Notch, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 36 Scarva Road Industrial Estate, Banbridge, Down was given the score after assessment on February 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon's 288 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 233 (81%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
