Artists in the frame for final
CARRICK is nurturing its very own art movement at North Road.
No fewer than 30 students from Carrick College have been picked as finalists in the nationwide ‘School Artists’.
The year 8,9 and 10 pupils emerged from a field of 15,000 entries. The winning school and individuals will be announced in November.
“We are delighted and very proud of our pupils who have beaten a vast amount of pupils nationwide to achieve this great accolade, “says Mrs Long, Head of Art at Carrick College.
