The programme is a free, interactive food safety teaching programme, which is currently being used by over 15,000 Key Stage 3 and 4 home economics students in more than 700 schools across Ireland.

In Northern Ireland the programme allows students to sit an online food hygiene exam certified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Successful students receive a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

This industry recognised qualification enables students to work in food handling businesses, for example restaurants, sandwich bars and delis.
