Barazina choir to perform

BARAZINA Children’s Choir will perform with ‘Let’s Sing Gospel’ community choir at the charity concert in First Ballymoney Presbyterian church on 25 and 26 January.

The children’s choir was formed just over a year ago in September 2011. Barazina means ‘Creative Abundance’ and these young people are bursting with talent, energy and creativity. The choir currently comprises over 40 young people (aged 7-14) from 25 schools within the north coast area.

Led enthusiastically by Denise Rosborough they have been hugely popular with children in the Ballymoney area since Denise’s vision became a reality. Their inaugural concert in Ballymoney town hall was attended by a large crowd of enthusiastic parents and friends and the success of the venture has led to a number of exciting invitations to sing.
