Motorists are advised to expect delays on the M2 motorway due to a broken down vehicle.
Detailing the incident, a Department for Infrastructure spokesperson said: “A broken down vehicle is blocking Lane 1 of the M2 just passed Bellevue Bridge. It is causing long delays heading into Belfast.”
