Car is damaged
POLICE are appealing for witnesses following the attempted theft and criminal damage of a car in Dollingstown.
Sometime between 9pm last Thursday and 2am on Friday thieves tried to steal a white Peugeot car that had broken down at the side of the Drumlin Road. When they failed to start the vehicle they badly damaged it.
Anyone who noticed any activity in the area or who has any information is asked to contact police at Lurgan on 0845 600 8000. Information can also be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
