Two police cars and another vehicle were damaged when officers stopped a BMW car in Magherafelt on Friday.
The incident happened in the King Street area just before 1pm.
Two male passengers in the BMW made off but were later caught by police and arrested on suspicion of burglary.
The driver was arrested on suspicion of a number of traffic offences.
Detective Sergeant Keith Wilson said the officers and the driver of the other vehicle were uninjured.
The men, aged 23, 39 and 55, have since been charged with a variety of offences. These include burglary, going equipped to commit burglary and road traffic matters.
They are due to appear before Belfast Magistrate’s Court tomorrow (Monday).
