The case against a former Richhill doctor, accused of sexually assaulting a number of his patients has been adjourned at Armagh Magistrates Court.
Tony Chee, whose address was given as Waringfield Close, Moira, is accused of seven counts of sexual assault, as well as one count of sexual assault by penetration.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on dates between 2004 and 2011.
A representative for the Public Prosecution Service told last Tuesday’s court sitting that five medical reports remain outstanding, and asked for the case to be adjourned until March 24, for a further update.
The GP worked at Richhill Health Centre until 2011 when the practice severed its ties with him.
Dr Chee, who is originally from Malaysia, was first charged last April, following a number of complaints dating back to 2009-2011.
