Charged with hoax bomb offences
A 20-year-old man has been returned for trial to Craigavon Crown Court charged with making hoax bomb calls and planting hoax devices.
Kieran Lavery, Meadowbrook, Craigavon, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at the local courthouse.
He faces 16 charges alleging that he made hoax calls about bombs in the Craigavon area last year.
Lavery also faces two charges of placing hoax bombs in the same period.
He was remanded in custody to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on September 11.
