Clashes as police halt republican parade in Lurgan
Police have moved to halt an illegal parade in the Kilwilke area of Lurgan.
It’s understood a number of people - some wearing paramilitary style uniform - were arrested during the operation.
An elderly woman was also injured during the incident.
The parade was being staged by republicans to comemmorate the 1916 Easter Rising.
The move to halt the parade has been welcomed by unionist politicians.
