County Antrim Harriers launch May Fair race
The event on May 23 at 10am will be hosted by Ballyclare Rugby Club, starting and finishing at The Cloughan.
The race is particularly poignant as it is being held in loving memory of CAH’s late Chairman, coach and friend Mr Greg Hopkins.

Hide AdGreg passed away in June 2014 from a rare form of cancer, and a percentage of proceeds will go to his charity, Cancer Lifeline.
The Hopkins family will launch the race, along with Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey Alderman Thomas Hogg.
Race Director Christine Murray said she is delighted at the support the group has received from local businesses and at the enthusiasm from County Antrim Harriers’ race committee and members.
Christine’s idea to resurrect the May Fair race means that the club will receive assistance from Newtownabbey and Antrim Borough Council, to run the event which coincides with the May Fair.
