Man (35) released on bail in relation to Carrick drugs haul probe

A 35-year-old man arrested yesterday (Tuesday) after Paramilitary Crime Task Force searches in Carrickfergus last month has been released on police bail to allow for further enquiries.

The arrest followed a police operation in the Edenvale Avenue area on Sunday, November 20, during which a quantity of suspected Class A and Class B controlled drugs were recovered.

A 32-year-old woman was arrested at the time of the searches and has been released on police bail to allow for further enquiries.
