Police appeal after cattle stolen

Police are investigating a ‘cattle rustling’ incident in Co Down.

Armagh, Banbidge and Craigavon Police said: “We have received a report of theft of 22 cattle which consists of black and white Fresians and an Ayrshire from a farm on the Dromore Road, Donaghcloney between the 18th January after 5pm and 19th January, 2021, before 9am.

“All cattle have a unique identifying tag on them. If you see any adverts for sale of large amounts of cattle or if you are in the farming community and notice suspicous lorries carrying cattle can you please inform us on 101. Serial 803 20/01/21.”
