A statement from the club said: ‘In accordance with our continued commitment to player welfare and safety, Ballycastle United FC will shortly be offering first aid refresher courses to current players and coaches at the club.

‘The course will be taken by a representative from St John Ambulance who have a long standing relationship with the club and regularly provide medical cover at our home fixtures. Coaches from our U16 and U10 setups are particularly encouraged to attend. Details of the courses can be got from the club secretary or by emailing [email protected]
