The High Street Mall in Portadown is using a free parking initiative in a move to boost footfall in the town centre.
Starting on Monday (May 4), customers can park in the mall free of charge for the first two hours.
In a further boost for shoppers, the mall has outlined plans for two hours’ free WIFI to be introduced.
In a statement, the mall outlined, “Customers will also notice the pay stations have been relocated from their usual home near the car park entrance to outside Dunnes Stores due to further development opportunities in this area.
“Customers will also benefit very shortly from our two hour free Wi-Fi and a newly installed customer services point for all services and queries including lost property, wheelchair and Boobaloo kiddie cart hire, gift voucher purchases, car park queries and first aid.”
Tracey Jackson, High Street Mall’s centre manager, said, “This is our way of thanking our customers for their loyalty over the years and we look forward to welcoming many more with the launch of our latest incentive.”
