Jury discharged in murder trial of Magherafelt man
The jury in the trial of a Magherafelt man accused of murdering his former partner was discharged for legal reasons on Monday.
Fred McClenaghan (52), of Broad Street, Magherafelt, denies murdering Marion Millican at the Portstewart launderette where she worked in March 2011.
A new jury was later sworn in at Belfast Crown Court to hear the case. The trial is expected to start tomorrow (Tuesday) before Mr Justice Treacy.
