Man continued talking to police while urinating in Magherafelt car park

Nathan Molloy (25), of Sperrin Close, Omagh, admitted a charge of indecent behaviour at Rainey Street car park, Magherafelt, on November 22 last.

A prosecuting lawyer said shortly after midnight police saw the defendant urinating against the wall outside a nightclub.

She said a police officer spoke to the defendant who continued urinating and he was later cautioned for indecent behaviour.

A lawyer explained Molloy had been standing outside the nightclub for sometime and “found himself at a loss” where to go.
