A Portadown man already serving a 10-month prison sentence was given two more concurrent terms last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
Ryan Pepper (21) of Westland Road admitted disorderly behaviour offences on August 15 and October 9.
For each offence he was sentenced to four months in custody to run concurrently with each other and concurrently with the term he is presently serving.
The court heard that on August 15 the defendant approached police in High Street and opened his jacket displaying a glass bottle.
He was warned not to drink from it but proceeded to drink. He was again warned about his behaviour but started shouting and swearing.
On October 9 in West Street he was again abusive to police calling them ‘black b—ds’.
Mr Gabriel Ingram, said Pepper had received a sentence of ten months in prison last week.
