A Portadown man was fined £120 last Wednesday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for indecent behaviour on March 7 this year.
Lee McAdam (24), whose address was given as Kernan Hill Manor, Portadown, was also ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The court heard that at approximately 2.20am in West Street, Portadown, police saw McAdam walking along with his penis exposed and some liquid coming from it.
He apologised and fastened up his trousers.
There were a large number of pedestrians in the area.
The defendant was adamant that he had done nothing wrong and was told he would be reported with a view to prosecution.
McAdam, who pleaded guilty himself in court, said he had not been drinking since the incident and had an appointment with an addiction clinic.
District Judge, Mrs Bernie Kelly, said that was a good idea because it was clear from the defendant’s record he had a drinking problem.
