Man made threat to kill
Nathan McCabe, Donnelly Gardens, Lurgan, admitted the threat and making a threat through a woman to kill the man on September 13.
For each of the two offences he was fined £250.
The court heard police received a complaint from the injured party that he had received a text message from McCabe saying: “If you go near Courtney, I’ll kill you.”

Hide AdHe also sent a text to a woman telling her to get the man to meet him somewhere and he would kill him.
McCabe said there was an issue with the injured party and his girfriend and apologised for his choice of words. He said he did it out of anger.
A solicitor for McCabe said he was sorry and it was a hurtful thing to do. It was out of character for him to act like this.
