A Portadown man has been sent for trial to Craigavon Crown Court on drugs charges.
David Leonard (45), Hawthorne Drive, Portadown, appeared last Friday at a preliminary enquiry at Craigavon courthouse.
He is charged with two counts of unlawful possession of a class B drug, known as 4-MEC, on May 14, 2013, and two counts of intent to supply.
Leonard is also charged that between April 30, 2013, and May 14, 2013, he was concerned with the supply of a class B drug to others.
He was remanded on his own bail of £500 to appear for arraignment at Craigavon Crown Court on February 19.
