Mid Ulster Council ‘hopeful’ of finding homes for abandoned ponies

Mid Ulster Council has been granted a disposal order in respect of four ponies which were abandoned in the Hillhead Road area of Castledawson.

A lawyer representing the council told Magherafelt Magistrates Court they were “hopeful” the ponies could be re-homed.
