Open days for potential rural, food and agriculture students

The College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) is holding open days to let potential students find out about the wide range of courses available.

Loughry Campus, Cookstown, is holding its open day on Tuesday, October 6, from 4-9pm. It provides courses in food technology, food business management, food design and nutrition, food nutrition and health and food manufacture and postgraduate courses in business for agri-food and rural enterprise.

The open day at Greenmount campus, Antrim, is on Wednesday, October 7, from 4-9pm. Courses there include agriculture, horticulture, floristry, land-based service engineering and veterinary nursing.

Enniskillen campus, which is holding its open day on Saturday, October 10, at 12 noon, offers a wide range of equine courses such as farriery and work-based agriculture programmes.
