One of NI’s oldest residents passes away

One of Northern Ireland’s oldest people has passed away at the age of 107.

David Edward Robinson passed away on November 1, peacefully at Hockley Lodge Nursing Home near Richhill,

Late of Woodford Drive, Armagh, he was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Eleanor (Pearl), much loved father of Brian and Janet, dear father-in-law of Joe, devoted grandfather of Philip, Niall, Robin and Petra and a dear great-grandfather.

A family death notice said: “A private Funeral Service will take place in St Mark’s Parish Church, Armagh, followed by a private interment.

“Lovingly remembered by his son, daughter, and all the family circle.

“The Lord is my Shepherd.”
