Police charge 15-year-old with burglary

Police have charged a 15-year-old boy with 10 counts of burglary.

Officers from District Policing Command, Crime Support Team have also charged the teenager with three counts of attempted burglary and theft.

He is expected to appear before Craigavon Youth Court on Wednesday, April 27.

As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.

It is understood the charges are in connection with a number of burglaries at residential properties in the Aghalee, Moira and Lurgan areas and a burglary of a shop in Belfast during the early hours October 1, 2015.
