Police uncover Aladdin's cave of stolen goods
BALLYMENA police have arrested a woman for shoplifting after seizing thousands of pounds worth of suspected stolen property during a search at her home.
Inspector Pete Bouma said: “The officers who searched the premises were astounded at the large amount of unused clothes and household goods stacked everywhere. It took two full car loads and a van to clear it all”.
Local stores are being contacted in an effort to identify and return the goods.
