When he went up the side of building to urinate a 26-year-old man thought he was out of sight but he was seen by police.
Peadar Nash, Conor Park, Lurgan, was fined £200 last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court for indecent behaviour on April 3 this year.
The court heard that at 1.20am a police mobile patrol saw the defendant urinating against business premises in Edward Street, Lurgan.
Nash said he had done nothing wrong and refused to accept a fixed penalty notice.
Mr Peter Murphy, representing the defendant, said Nash went up the side of a building and thought he was out of view of the public.
District Judge, Mr Peter King, told Nash he was starting to accumulate a number of public order offences although this was the first offence of this kind on his record.
