Teenage thieves had southern accents

Foyle are appealing for information about three teenagers with southern accents, following the theft of four iPhones from a Waterside shop.

Constable Connolly, the investigating officer, said that on Sunday, 13th, three youths went into an electronic cigarettes shop at Spencer Road and stole four iPhones that were on display in a glass cabinet in the front window.

“This was the result of a distraction carried out on two members of staff. Two iPhone 4S and two iPhone 5s were stolen

“The first youth is described as being 5’4” in height, slim build, aged about 17 with short back and sides blond/fair hair. The second is described as 5’10” in height, heavy build, wearing a blue jumper and blue shorts, with short back and sides black hair aged about 18 or 19. The third is described as 5’10” in height, heavy build, wearing a black top and grey tracksuit bottoms, with short back and sides black hair aged about 18 or 19. All three spoke with southern accents.”
