Top awards for Islandmagee Scouts

Four Scouts from 1st Islandmagee Scout Troop have gained the highest award available for Scouts in their age range. Hazel Nicholson and David Bell (pictured, in green shirts) have gained the Chief Scout’s Gold Award. This is the highest award in the 11 to 15 years Scout section. Maeve Gault and Rachel Nicholson (Explorer Scout section aged 15 to 18 years) gained the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award while Rachel also gained the Queen’s Scout badge.
