Michael Hannath has paid a touching tribute to Charlene Campbell following her passing at 33 years old to cancer.
Charlene has worked for the past three years as a valued sales negotiator with Michael Hannath’s Estate Agency in Bridge Street.
“We suffered a great loss last week when our beautiful friend and colleague Charlene Campbell sadly passed away following a short battle with cancer.
“We first met Charlene three years ago this month when she blew us away at her first job interview. We knew we had found someone special and Charlene was an instant hit with her colleagues when she joined the team.
“She quickly picked things up and excelled in her role, being our top performer just two years later in 2014.
“Charlene’s zest for life, bubbly personality and glowing smile made her very popular with our clients.
“There have been a mass of beautiful tributes paid to Charlene through our office over the past two days from people who had bought and sold houses with Charlene over the past three years.
“The common theme is how friendly and helpful Charlene was and so many people have commented on her bright, infectious smile. It feels like the entire community has been affected by this tragically sad loss.
“Charlene was a stunning person, inside and out, and we feel very privileged to have shared the past three years with her. She was an inspiration to us all with her positive, vibrant approach to life and the very brave and courageous way in which she dealt with the unfair challenges life put in front of her.
“Charlene will be desperately missed by all of her work family here at Hannath.
“I hope that we can remember Charlene, not in grief but in admiration of the very determined and wonderfully positive way that she lived her life and inspired us all.”
