A woman whose car was damaged while parked in Portadown’s main street is appealing for a witness to the incident to come forward.
The black Nissan Qashqai belonging to Jacqui Jolmes sustained more than £1,000 worth of damage to one of its front wings when it was allegedly hit by a white lorry.
The incident took place around 10am last Monday.
Jacqui, who had parked outside Castle Hardware, said she was informed of what happened when she returned to her car.
She explained, “A man said he had seen a lorry reversing into my car and had left a piece of paper with the number plate written on it at the shop.
“The police have contacted the driver but he is denying it, so I would really appreciate if the man who witnessed it could contact me, or anybody else who may have seen what happened.”
