WorldHost recognition for Dunmurry dentists

Dunmurry Dental Practice has become the first dental business in Northern Ireland to receive WorldHost Business Recognition.

WorldHost is a customer service training programme that was developed for the Northern Ireland market by Tourism NI and the Sector Skills Council, People1st.

The programme offers delegates a comprehensive training toolkit that can be used across a wide variety of industries.

Alderman Allan Ewart, Chairman of the Council’s Economic Development Committee, visiting the premises to present Philip and Debbie McLorinan with their WorldHost plaque, said: “It is excellent news that this local business has added WorldHost to its repertoire. As one of the largest dental practices in Northern Ireland, it delivers excellent customer service, establishing a loyal customer base and strong reputation in the local community.”

Over the past eleven years Dunmurry Dental Practice has won over 40 awards with the most recent two being WorldHost accreditation and the ‘Excellence in Customer Service Award (Non Retail) at the 2015 Lisburn City Business Awards.

“WorldHost is an official acknowledgement of this local business’s investment in helping to ensure all their customers have a positive experience; and receive the attention and service they deserve from the polite and courteous staff. The local economy is very important to Lisburn City Council; and it is delighted to be able to publicly acknowledge the high achievements of local businesses,” concluded Alderman Allan Ewart.
