Eric Hinds wrapped up the top five and the gross was won by James Hewitt thanks to the back-six countback.

In the Yellow Block competition, Raymond White scored 67 nett to edge clear across the back-nine countback over James Stewart.

The ladies’ PGA Tankard - sponsored by Zio’s of Portadown - featured Suzy Walsh first on top of her 18 handicap. She will now feature in the PGA Tankard Pro-Am, with Liz Fleming and Iris Campbell next in line.

Tandragee played host to the regional Barton Shield programme on Sunday - with Stuart Paul’s host players of James Hewitt, Stefan Greenberg, William Small and Ross Dutton progressing past Banbridge and Silverwood.

In the Junior Cowdy, James Brannigan’s players moved beyond Kilkeel despite an away-leg deficit.

Ashley McConville, Matthew Leckey, Robin Hanlon, Johnny McWilliams, Paul Moody, Philip Mehaffey, Basil Brown and the captain were on show for Tandragee. Ulster Cup play featured Tandragee wrapping up victory on the final green thanks to efforts from Johnny Quinn, John Haffey, Stefan McNeill, Paul Lappin, Jim Campbell, Michael Lyons and Hammy Loney.

The Rossmore Cup schedule on Sunday against Silverwood provided appearances for James Girvan, Denver Jameson, Colin Rooney, Don Johnston, Mark Upton, Paul Whitten, Tony Bell and Colin Hyndes.
