Moneyslane have lodged an appeal with the Irish Football Association following a Mid-Ulster disciplinary ruling in relation to the defeat of Laurelvale.
Laurelvale lost out by 9-2 on Saturday, August 8 in Mid-Ulster Intermediate League Section B.
However, Laurelvale subsequently lodged an appeal due to information that Moneyslane’s Richard Nesbitt was registered to Broomhill.
A meeting last week of the Mid-Ulster Football League disciplinary committee led to a six-game suspension for Nesbitt and decision to replay the fixture.
Sources have confirmed that the punishment has now been put on hold following the decision by Moneyslane to appeal the ruling.
