David Miskelly’s testimonial celebrations will feature a fun day at Comber Rec on Saturday, July 30.
The packed programme has been designed to highlight the long-serving goalkeeper’s links to Portadown and Comber Rec.
Miskelly joined the Ports in 2004 from Oldham Athletic and remains one of the most popular and respected players of the Shamrock Park club’s modern era.
The fun day will feature a friendly between select sides representing Portadown and Comber Rec.
Other highlights on the schedule include a ladies’ game and youth competition.
Grassroots sides on board from Portadown Youth, Comber Rec, Ridgeway Rovers, Easter Coast Strikers and Dungoyne Boys will take part at underage level.
Entertainment is expected to feature a barbecue, bouncy castle, ice cream van, skills challenges, live music, DJ set and bar.
The fun will run from 9.30 to late, with everyone welcome to help celebrate Miskelly’s career landmark.
