Replicas of the commemorative Irish Cup final jersey should be on sale from Shamrock Park from tomorrow (Saturday).
The cost is £40 for adult sizes or a children’s rate of £35 and each shirt will feature the date and teams embroidered in gold lettering.
Other special items include hats, scarves, flags and tee-shirts. Opening times for the club shop are tomorrow (Saturday) from 10-12 o’clock or 6-9 o’clock next Tuesday and Thursday evening.
The following supporters’ clubs will be operating transport tomorrow (Saturday) to The Oval: OFFICIAL TRAVEL CLUB: Leaving Shamrock Park at 1.30 and JD Tipler’s at 1.45. Tickets for the Irish Cup final bus are now available from the club shop or supporters’ officials. SHAMROCK REDS: Sharing with Official Travel Club. Contact Terence Pentland as soon as possible to confirm a seat with the club for the Irish Cup final bus. RICHHILL REDS: Leaving the village square at 1.45, with stops in Armagh (1.30) and Portadown (2 o’clock). EDEN REDS: Sharing with Richhill Reds.
Portadown held a 2-1 lead entering the closing 10 minutes of the NIFL Reserve League match but Warrenpoint Town battled back to finish clear by 3-2.
The scorers for Portadown were Marcio Soares and Christian Stewart in the midweek match.
Portadown defeated Annagh United by 4-1 during Saturday’s NIFL Youth League Section B schedule but lost out on Monday in the NIFL Youth League Cup quarter-final to Lisburn Distillery by 2-0.
