SML round-up: Homers maintain perfect record ahead of Junior Cup quarter-final

HARRYVILLE Homers maintained their 100 per cent record in the Arkmedia Ballymena Saturday Morning League Division One with their 11th straight win – a 4-2 success at Randalstown Sky Blues.

All Saints Old Boys also kept up the pressure on leaders Carniny Rangers – who knocked Ahoghill Rovers out of the Rainey Cup – with a 5-1 win at Moylena.

The shock result of the day came in the Rainey Cup where second division Braid United knocked out top-flight FC Penarol on penalties after a scoreless stalemate, while in the same competition, third division Raceview Athletic eliminated Atletico Antrim from the division above them.
