This game will be a reall test for Jason Wilmont’ side, the only Ballymoney club remaining in Championship 2 following Ballymoney United’s relegation at the end of last season.

Following an early start to training and a couple of friendlies already in the bag, Glebe Rangers will come up against their first real test on Monday night when Oran Kearney brings his team to the Toon.

“We are looking forward to the game against Coleraine,” commented Jason. “It will be our first real test and will let us see just how we are stacking up. I will be hoping to play close to what will be my starting line up for the season and Oran has told me he will be bringing a strong squad up to Ballymoney.

“It should be a great night and hopefully there will be a good turnout to support the Glebe.”

Captain Willie Beckett added: “ The upcoming glamour tie with Coleraine FC is one that I am really looking forward to.

“In sport you should always want to challenge yourself against better opposition and there’s no better opportunity than Monday night’s game. Coleraine will move the ball quicker than what we are used to at Glebe Rangers and this will certainly test our fitness, team shape and discipline.
