Greg Bannerman’s fine form around Tandragee continued with success in the Wilson Memorial Trophy.
Fresh from a mixed open win, Bannerman posted 47 points off his 15 handicap.
He put up legs of, respectively, 23 points and 24, to finish first.
Stephen Walker’s tally of 42 points wrapped up second at the expense of John McAlinden thanks to the back-nine score.
Walker put up 22 points compared to McAlinden’s 18.
Douglas Hazard was fourth on 39 points, with 20 across the back nine helping him edge in front of both Mark Ardis and Ciaran Campbell.
Ardis’ back-six score put him in front of Campbell, with James Hewitt the gross winner and Richard Quinn first in the seniors’ section.
Congratulations to Brian Agnew on his hole-in-one at the ninth - the fourth recorded across the past three weekends of Tandragee play.
In the ladies’ section, Marlyn Warren won the Myrtle Nelson Memorial on 67 nett.
Lorraine Grimley finished second with 70 nett over Maureen McRory’s 72.
