Karate coaches enjoy training with legend

Last weekend three senior Chujo Karate Association members trained with the Legendary Sensei Vince Morris at the Templemore Sports Complex.

The last time Vince Morris visited here was 7 years ago 2007 and he explained to the large gathering of karate ka that he was delighted to be back again.

His coaching speciality is the breakdown and application of the combat techniques contained in karate kata.

CKA Karate classes have now resumed after the summer break.
