Maghery and Annaghmore players lined out on Sunday as Armagh opened the Dr McKenna Cup campaign with defeat to Cavan.
The meeting in Crossmaglen resulted in a reverse for Armagh by 2-8 to 0-11 - with Annaghmore’s Matthew McNeice on show alongside Stefan Forker and Aidan Forker of Maghery.
Oisin MacIomhair of Annaghmore was also included in the Orchard County’s 25-strong panel for the first-round clash.
It was 2-6 to 0-3 in Cavan’s favour at the interval, with Stefan Forker converting a second-half free.
Cavan had three players sent off, with Armagh down to 13 men at the final whistle.
The sides will also meet in league play and May’s Ulster Senior Football Championship tie.
Armagh must now tackle Monaghan in Clones on Sunday afternoon in the second-round Dr McKenna Cup date.
