Marios Pizza Dundonald, a takeaway at 5 Church Road, Church Quarter, Dundonald, Down was given the score after assessment on August 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lisburn and Castlereagh's 104 takeaways with ratings, 77 (74%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
